Boema – fruit and vegetable division – has recently supplied and putted into operation a baby food production line to one of most important Belarusian food processing company.  

 

The plant is been projected in order to process over 3 ton/hour of incoming product and is characterized by an high flexibility to process different raw materials:

- carrots

- pumpkins

- zucchini

- apples

- red fruits

- other fruits

 

End product can be:

- natural puree

- concentrate puree up to 30° brix.

 

This plant will be the first in the entire Belarus to produce fruit or vegetable puree in continuous, thanks to the forced circulation evaporator mod. BEC supplied Boema Food Technology.

 

Given the raw materials heterogeneity to be treated, with different physical and organic characteristics, the plant has two entrances:   

 

Tubers incoming:

- Tuber receiving group: digging/pulmonary tank, pressurized water washer/digger mod. LW, gravitational destoner mod. F63 and drum washer mod. L

- Tubers peeling group: steam pressure peeling mod. SPB with peels removal system, cooling tank mod. ZEL and brusher mod. A81

 

 

Other fruits and vegetables incoming:

- Other fruits and vegetables receiving group: pumpkins and zucchini soak system, air bubbles agitating washing mod. L4, sorting belt with water shower mod. N

- Supplementing machines for fruits with stone: destoner mod. PR46 and stone cleaner mod. PR42

 

 

The plant proceeds for all incoming raw products with:

- Puree extraction group:  hammer pulping mod. PR47, pH correction, rotating coil cooker mod. H51, turbo extractor mod. PR40 and turbo refiner mod. PR40

 

 

- Evaporator – contractor group: double effect forced circulation evaporator double mod. BEC2, polmoning tanks pre and post evaporation, water cooling plant with evaporating tower and refrigeration system.

 

 

To complete the plant have been are also supplied:

- Bins reverser/discharger

- Elevators with belts in PVC, rubber or intarlox mod. EL and mod. G

- Inspetion belts and working benches

- Screw transportators mod. N

- Filters and drum filters mod. F60

- Frameworks

- Plant command and control

- Spare parts set for 2 years
