In order to offer a better servce and increase the added value to their products Boema realized a laboratory equipped with chemical analysis tools (refractometers electronic consistometro Bostwick, electronic balance, magnetic stirrer, ...) and with several pilot plants.

Thanks to the water, electricity, steam and compressed air connections our technicinats can put into operation our pilots and machinery, in order to:

- Carry out tests or yield of product quality on our products;

- Carry out technical studies and feasibility testing on our equipment;

- Making tests produced using raw materials to a client;

- Perform tests for the development of experimental equipment or analyze existing machines for future technological developments.

The workshop was very useful for solving many technical problems in that it allowed the technical staff of Bohemian 3 engineering offices to conduct in-depth analysis on the nature of the problems and then test the validity of various solutions suggested.

Currently the lab Bohemia has available the following pilot plants:

- Plant for making candied hot and cold working pressure or vacuum environment;

- Plant for the production of jams vacuum or ambient pressure;

- Extractor juice and puree hot or cold;

- Mixtures of cream;

- Etc...
