Boema manufactures plants for roasted chestnuts both with and without peel with a capacity from 160 to 400 kg/h.
Chestnuts' roasting is carried out, after a suitable cut on the peel, through flame (possibility of combustion by means of  methane gas or GPL), inside a machine fitted with screw conveyor.
