DRYING AND FLOUR PRODUCTION
 

Boema builds lines for drying and for the production of chestnuts' flour.
The plant is subdivided in two parts. In the first one, chestnuts are loaded inside a dryer, where they are crossed by hot air for a time of 60÷72 hours and after that they are peeled in a machine thanks to a centrifugal action.
In the second part of the plant, chestnuts are processed into flour by means of stonemill with subsequent screens and filters in order to obtain flour of high quality contained inside bags.
