STERILIZATION
 

The line performs on the product a particular treatment, which prevents the birth of insects (destruction of eggs) and kill all parasites present on the product both as an insect and as a larva (Balaninus Elephas e Laspey Resia  Spp.).

The sterilization system into hot water, strictly at controlled temperature for a time of approx. 40 minutes, has completely overcome the “gas” one. That's because it is the only one that, thanks to its conceiving, guarantees the best finished product results, including the absence of pesticide rests.

Boema builds sterilization lines for chestnuts with a range of capacities from 2.500 to 5.000 kg/h at input.
