This machine separates stones, soil and any kind of foreign bodies with specific weight higher to the product in process.
Fully made of AISI 304 stainless steel sections and press-formed sheet, it will be formed of :
- truncated conical tank with fixed speed inner rotor for the circulation of
  product floating in water and for conveying stones onto the bottom;
- hydraulic flow stone separator with volume adjustment, provided with
  electropump for water recycling;
- continuous stone extraction device made of wear resistant plastic
  material;
- tank to collect destoned product with worm screw elevator for
  extraction and dewatering.

Available in the following modules:

- F63/10, with cone diameter of 1.250 mm and height of 850 mm.
               Capacity: up to 10 t/h of product to de-stone at input.
- F63/20, with cone diameter of 2.400 mm and height of 1.400 mm.
               Capacity: up to 20 t/h of product to de-stone at input.
