Boema builds lines for peeling chestnuts using "Brulage" system.
The group of ovens, for blanching peels and the inner membrane, is modular type, formed of  a maximum of 4 ovens. The capacity of each oven is 500 kg/h at input referred to chestnuts already sized and cleaned from foreign matters. The coupling of machines placed before the ovens, such as tangential cleaners, worm screw parboilers, skin separators and sorting tables, assure to obtain an output product peeled and ready to be frozen.
