Boema – fruit and vegetables division – confirms his leading position in the market of plants for the treatment of IV range products. The IV range products are fresh fruit and vegetables just washed and cutted, supplied every day (or short periods) to catering or to school, hospital, company, barracks... kitchens. 

A leading company working in the cultivation and commerce of potatoes choosed Boema as partner for the realization of a new IV range production plant.  

The line composition includes:

- raw materials receving and dosing to the line

- Arasive Peeler mod. A80

- sorting

- in line cutting and offcuts separation for the successive packaging

Theis line process over 1.000 Kg/h potatoes in different type of cutting, and has been projected in order to optimize the footprint of only 25 square meters, in order to met customer necessitiies.  This line is fitting for middle or little production or for those who have diffuculties to find big working areas.

 

 

Boema's continuous peeler mod A80 offers may advantages:

- Efficency: the skin is removed over the whole surface of the potato, this means less personnel at the manual skin removal

- Flexibility: the permanence of the product inside the peeling can be regulated in order to get best results for every kind of incoming raw materials 

- Peeling surface: can be applied a different abrasive coating along the length of the rollers in order to get a very regular output product

- Minor manual: you avoid all those actions (like loading, starting, unloading, etc...) which require a larger use of manual personnel
