Puree cold extraction system
On the basis of studies and great experience collected during years, BOEMA S.p.A. developed an innovative puree extraction system that exploits the principles and values of the cold extraction systems, combining it with the enzymatic inactivation that more suits to the type of fruit and vegetable transformed.
The OLIMPO system is realised in such a way to limit the risks of oxidation of the puree, due to the contact with the oxygen and to the activity of the enzymes contained in the product. This system has a great versatility both for the possible products that can be transformed as for the flexibility of the extraction processes, to reach high yield, without damaging the product. The core of the OLIMPO is the TURBO EXTRACTOR, Boema patented, that allows adjustments and easy maintenance and inspection that are the best in its kind. Starting from these exceptional features and facing directly with the users, it was possible to develop the platform OLIMPO in five different versions, all satisfying the various production exigencies on global base.
