The original Boema SPB series was introduced in the market in the '80ties and become famous due to the innovative rotary basket, first to separate product / condenses, has now been completly renewed into 2 new versions: the SPB100 and SPB200 series. 

The SPB100 series is the  solution studied for fruit and soft veggies processors, where the advantages given by the original rotary basket are matched with the newer technical possibilities. The restult is a great steam peeling machine capable to revolution the fruit preserves market (cans, jars, cups,...) as well as the fruit IQF and aseptic fruits segments. The SPB100 series is characterized by the following features: whole execution in stainless steel; improved hygienic design; operating pressure up to 20 bar; extremely fast responsive steam management; reduced water consumption.

The SPB200 series has been designed for large scale processors needs on potatoes, roots and more solid vegetables. The SPB200 peelers have been updated to the latest hygiene standards and are made entirely of stainless steel to offer the best performances on the market. In particular, the SPB200 series is designed to meet requirements as: the increasing production capacity; the extension of production shifts; the maximization of peeling yield; the reduction of maintenance times and costs.
